摘　　要：在我国三套大型淤浆法HDPE生产装置中,均发生过程度不等的反应器内爆聚事故。本文研究分析大庆140kt/a装置的爆聚事故,主要是由于催化剂、共聚单体、浆液和聚合中心乙烯分子浓度高所引起的。爆聚前的明显标志是温度波动和搅拌器电流升高。此外,还对爆聚的预防和装置的改进作了说明。Explosive polymerization in slurry HDPE reactor occurred in various degrees in the three large-scale units in China. This papar dealt with the occurrence of explosive polymerization in Daqing 140kt/a plant and found that it is mainly caused by high concentration of CAT,comonomer,slurry, and ethylene moleculs in polymerizing zone. Apparent indications prior to expl osive polymerization are fluctuation of temperature and increase of agitator current. The improvements and measures for prevention are also explained.
