摘 要:本文研究了假捻机第2热箱温度T_2的变化对异形和普通圆形涤纶POY的卷曲和力学性能的影响。T_2从175℃降至85℃,异形(三角中空、八叶形)和圆形纤维的卷曲收缩率(E值)和卷曲稳定性(B值)分别可提高至35%和85%,五叶异形纤维的E值和B值只能达到28%和83%。T_2对各异形纤维的断裂强伸度影响甚小。断裂强伸度八叶形纤维为3.2~3.3cN/dtex,23~24.5%;三角中空纤维为3.2~3.4cN/dtex,23~24.5%;五叶形纤维为2.4~2.5cN/dtex,16~18%。五叶形纤维综合性能较差是由于其异形度较大,熔纺时纤维冷却较快,径向温度和粘度梯度大,导致纤维所受内应力大且应力不均匀。The influences of variation of temperature in false twister's 2nd heating box (T2) on the crimp and mechanical properties of ordinary (round cross-section) and profile polyester POY are investigated, as T2 decreased from 175℃ to 85℃ the crimpness(E) and crimp stability(B) of profile (triangle hollow, octalobal) and round fiber can be increased to 35% and 85% respectively, but the same for pentalobal fiber are only 28% and 83%. There are little effects of T2 on the tenacity and elongation at break of different profile fibers, for octalobal fiber that is 3.2-3.3 cN/dtex and 23-24.5%, for triangle hollow fiber that is 3.2-3.4cN/dtex and 23-24.5%,for pentalobal fiber that is 2 .4-2.5cN/dtex and 1G-18% respectively. The rather poor conprehensive property of pentalobal fiber is due to its greater degree of profile which leads to the quicker cooling of fiber at melt spinning and the greater radial temperature and viscosity gradient which in turn causes the fiber subjected to a greater and uneven inner tension.
