摘  要:从共混体系的流变性着手,对在PP中添加抗静电剂PR-86制备抗静电复丝的纺丝工艺与生产进行了初步探讨。PR-86可以以2%—4%(质量)添加到多种PP树脂中进行纺丝生产,其纺丝温度比纯PP低5—10℃,且树脂的MI愈低,纺丝温度下降幅度愈大。所得抗静电复丝形态结构呈海岛形,比电阻下降3个数量级,强度达35cN/tex以上,力学性能略有提高或保持不变。With the addition of antistatic agent PR-86, the spinning process and technologyof antistatic PP multi-filament were investigated. The antistatic agent PR-86 can beadded into many kinds of PP resins with an amount of 2%--4% and the spinningtemperature of the blend is 5--10℃ lower than that of pure PP. Furthermore, theSmaller the MI value of the resin, the more the decrease of spinning temperature.The morphological structure of the antistatic PP multi-filament is a 'sea-island'structure. Its volume resistivity decreases by three orders of magnitude. The tenacityis higher than 3.5cN/tex. Other mechanical properties remain the same normal oreven better.
