摘  要:以Ni(naph)_2-BF_3·Et_2O-Al(i-Bu)_3(Ni-B-Al)为催化体系,考察了Ni-B-Al三元陈化和B单加陈化对Bd聚合行为的影响。在相同Al/Ni,Al/B值及相近转化率下,三元陈化与B单加陈化相比,BR的ML值平均高17个单位,(?)高(10—12)×10~4,(?)高7.2×10~4,(?)高2.2×10~4;前者所得BR较之后者的分子量分布窄,顺式-1,4含量高0.2%—0.5%,反式-1,4及1,2-结构分别减少0.1%—0.2%和0.05%—0.1%。The effects of Ni - B - Al ternary system and B one component aging processes on the polymerization of butadiene were investigated with Ni(naph)2-BF3·Et2O-Al(i-Bu)3 (Ni-B - Al) as catalyst system . As compared with B one pomponent , using Ni - B - Al ternary system could increase the ML , Mη , Aw and Mn values of BR by 17 units , (10- 12) × 104, 7.2 × 104 and 2.2 × 104 .respectively , under the same Al/Ni , Al/B and conversion ratios . At the same time , the molecular weight distribution of BR was more narrow , the cis- 1,4 unit content increased by 0.2% -0.5% , the trans-1,4 and 1,2-unit contents decreased by 0.1%- 0.2% and 0.05% -0.1% ,respectively .
