摘　　要：为了在引进的8万t/a丁苯橡胶装置上生产污染型充油丁苯橡胶SBR 1712,对3种国产高芳烃油进行了评选。结果表明,济南油接近设计值。安庆油居中,锦州油最差,不符合设计要求,用济南油和安庆油研制的SBR 1712,其性能可以基本达到设计要求。降低原设计配方中的调节剂用量,提高基础胶乳的门尼粘度,以济南油作填充油,在生产装置上试生产出优级品率达97％的SBR 1712。Three grades of high aromatic oils were evaluated for the production of SBR 1712 contaminated oil extended styrene-butadiene rubber in a 80 kt/a plant .The results showed that domestic high aromatic oils could be used for the production of SBR 1712.After adjusting the modifier dosage and raising the Mooney viscosity of base latex , a trial production of SBR 1712 was carried out on the commercial plant using 'Jinan' oil as extend oil ,and the ratio of superior grade SBR 1712 reached 97% .
