摘  要:参照聚合反应工程中测定反应器Metzner常数K_(?)的原理,高分子材料共混加工时平均剪切速率可用(?)=K_(?)N来表达,为论证其正确性,采用了两种方法对Brabender钡矩流变仪W50H混合器的K_(?)值进行了测定,其结果相近,表达方程为(?)=1.4N。A novel method of defining the relationship between y and N in a torque rheometer through the determination of Metzner constant was developed . The correlation could be expressed as γ= KsN , where y was shear rate , N mixing rate and Ks Metzner constant . It was found that Ks value by Brabender W 50 H was 1.4 in this work and the availability of this result was fairly approved .
