摘　　要：在详细调查的基础上 ,对山西省黄河流域农田灌溉的现状进行了分析 ,指出了存在的主要问题。总结了发展山西省黄河流域节水事业的技术准则及其发展对策 ,为今后实施节水建设提供了科学依据。通过分析表明 ,实施节水对策具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。Based on detailed investigation and objective analysis on the current irrigation situation of the Yellow River basin,some problems are pointed out.Technological criteria and countermeasures for future water saving summarized in this paper provide a scientific foundation for water saving construction.Analysis shows that implementation of water saving countermeasures can yield significant economic and social benefits.
