摘　　要：目前我国创业投资仍处在初级阶段 ,存在许多问题 ,本文从法律支持、政府扶持、认识分歧、运作方式。The risk investment in China is still at the elementary stage, and there are a lot of problems in it. The paper provides good aiscussions on the law support, governwert help, disagreements of thinkings, operating manners the chawnels of withdrawing and indicate the essewtional problews of our contry's venture investment.
