锆釉白度和光泽初探

摘　　要：为了解决氧化锆代替氧化钛作乳浊剂而出现的瓷釉白度、光泽差现象,本文分析了原因,通过实验,证明调整瓷釉组成含量增加 K_2O(总碱量不变)、CaF_2、Na_2SiF_6及 MgO 含量,不同程度地提高了锆釉的光泽、白度。并设计出几组光泽、白度都达国家标准的锆白面釉配方。In order to solve the problem of low whiteness and low gloss of the enamel resulting from substitution of zirconia for titania as an opactifying agent,this paper has analyzed the reasons. Through experiments it has been proved that whiteness and gloss of zirconia enamel can be improved in varying degrees by adjusting composition of the enamel and increasing the contents of K_2O(no change in total alkali content),CaF_2,Na_2SiF_6 and Mgo.Moreover several groups of zirconia cover enamel formulas have been developed which come up to the state's standard in both whiteness and gloss.
