摘　　要：１９８５年８月２３日，新疆乌恰发生了Ｍｓ７．４级地震．临震前，吉林省蛟河井水位 出现十种异常．对其形态、幅度、持续时间等特点进行了分析研究．提出了水位固体潮系 数、降雨与水位之间的比值可做为判别地震前异常的指标．扼要地阐述了诸异常的关系， 对远震效应机制进行了讨论．Prior to Wuqia Ms7.4 earthquake on Aug. 23,1985 in Xinjiang. there happened 10 anomalies at Jiaohe well in Jilin. 4296km far away from the epicenter. Some anomalies such as shape chart, amplitude, initial times, duration and so on are discussed one by one in this paper. It is suggested that the earth-tide coefficient and the ratios value be the criteria of anomalies prior to the earthquake. They briefly presented the relation between these anomalies,and the mechanism of the effect of teleseismic events is discussed
