摘　　要：磁性液体是一种重要的新型功能材料 ,具有独特的物理、化学性质及其非常广泛的应用。采用化学共沉淀法制备了纳米级 (1 0 nm) Fe3O4 微粒 ,并采用自制的表面活性剂和ZDW基液制备了新型憎油基磁性液体 ,探讨了该磁性液体在旋转轴动态封油上的应用 ,并讨论了密封器件的极齿结构参数、永磁体的选择。Magnetic fluid is a special kind of nanostrctured magnetic material which has unique and marvelous properties and vast practical applications. In the present work, a novel kind of magnetic fluid has been prepared and used for sealing machine oil. The influence of the geometry of sealing stages, sorts of magnets and the number of stages on the capacity of sealing oil is also discussed.
