摘　　要：本文对几种 PDP用烧成炉的结构和特点进行了比较和分析 ;介绍了烧成炉设计时的气氛控制、加热器分布及电气控制方法 ;对 PDP材料的烧成技术、工艺进行了研究和分析 ;最后从降低生产成本的角度 ,探讨了烧成技术的发展方向。In this paper,the structures and properties of sintering funaces used in PDP (Plasma Display Panel) are compared and analyzed.The methods of atmosphere control,heater distribution and electric control when designing a sintering furnace are introduced.In addition,the sintering technique and process of the PDP materials are studied and analyzed.Finally,the paper discusses the development of sintering technique on the view point of decreasing manufacture cost.
