摘　　要：在我国股份制的改造中 ,形成了国有股占很大比重但却不能流通的特有的股权结构 ,随着资本市场的发展 ,国企改革的深入 ,国有股的减持与流通已经是一个不能回避的现实问题。本文就国有股不流通的负面影响 ,国有股减持、流通的市场压力以及认识障碍进行了分析 ,并提出国有股减持。WT5BZ]:In transforming the stock system in China, the national stock takes a greater proportion but it is not circulated well. With the development of capital market and further reform of state own enterprises, the reduction of national stock and its circulation has become a inevtiable reality. This paper analyzed the negative effect of the stagnation, the market pressure and the obstacles for understanding and offered a plan for the reduction and circulation of national stock.[WT5HZ]
