摘　　要：西部地区引进外资银行有两大正效应 ,即金融市场效应和外资引入效应 ,但引进外资银行也会让西部地区银行业遭受冲击 ,威胁西部地区的经济稳定。权衡利弊 ,我们认为 。WT5BZ]:With China entering WTO and its west being developed, financial industry is opening to the world. The introduction of foreign capital banks brings two types of positive effect: financial market and foreign capital introduction effect. However, the introduction might exercise disadvantageous impact on banks in China's west and threaten the economic stability therein. For this reason, the authors hold that the open policy in this area should be moderate.[WT5HZ]
