摘 要:目的 探讨冶金工人噪声暴露与高血压发病的关系。方法 对某钢铁冶金企业 16 94名男性工人 (噪声暴露 12 2 5例 ,对照 46 9例 ) ,采用问卷、现场环境噪声测试等方法进行调查研究。结果 高血压的患病率在噪声暴露组为 13.31% ,明显高于对照组 (7.88% ) ,两组比较 ,差异有显著性(P <0 .0 1)。随累积噪声暴露量水平的增高 ,高血压患病率有增高的趋势。Logistic回归分析结果表明 ,在控制了年龄、父母高血压史和体重指数等混杂因素后 ,累积噪声暴露量是高血压发病的危险因素 ,文化程度高是高血压的保护因素。结论 噪声暴露可能是高血压发病的危险因素 ,降低作业现场噪声 。Objective To study the relation of noise exposure and hypertension in metallurgical mill workers. Methods A cross sectional study on 1 694 cases male workers (1?225 cases for exposed group,469 cases for control group) in Maanshan Iron and Steel Corporation was carried out by using questionaire and measuring the blood pressure of the workers and the noise exposure level in workplace. Results The incidence rate of hypertension was 13.31% in noise exposed group,significantly higher than 7.88% in control group( P <0.01).There was an increasing tendency of hypertensive rate along of the increasing in accumulative noise doses.The result of Logistic regression analysis by adjusting age,history of hypertension in parents and body weight index showed that accumulative noise dose level was risk factor,but the level of education was a protective factor of hypertension. Conclusion Noise exposure may be a risk factor of hypertension.Reducing the sound pressure level in workshops may be an effective measure to control the incidence rate of hypertension in metallurgical mill workers.
