摘　　要：总结了近年来在哺乳动物上采用不同阶段生殖细胞进行的显微授精和核移植研究进展。分别叙述了不同阶段及来源的雌性和雄性生殖细胞进行显微授精和核移植的处理方法及需要注意的问题。指出了不同阶段生殖细胞进行临床应用的潜在价值 。This review summarized the recent progress on microfertilization in mammals. It described the detailed treatments of different reproductive cells when they were used in microfertilization.The potential application in clinic of different original and developmental reproductive cells was also introduced. At the same time, the future development of cloning therapy was mentioned.
