摘　　要：目的 :了解妇女对紧急避孕法的可接受性及其影响因素 ,以采取有效措施促进其使用 ,减少人工流产。方法 :用结构式调查表 ,对上海市三所妇幼保健院的 6 0 6名人工流产妇女进行了面对面的调查。有效的调查表编码后输入计算机 ,用 SAS软件对核对后的数据进行统计分析。结果 :妇女对紧急避孕法具有较高的可接受性 ,85.5%的对象表示需要时愿意使用。可接受性的影响因素包括妇女的人口学特征 (职业、年收入 )、孕次、常用避孕方法及对紧急避孕法的了解情况和健康状况。愿意使用者中 ,82 .6 %的对象愿意使用的是紧急避孕药 ,因此多数对象 (6 0 .1 % )认为药店是获得服务的理想地点 ,原因主要是到药店方便。结论 :通过知识宣传和服务改进可促进紧急避孕法的使用。避孕知识宣传和服务咨询一定要针对对象的个体需求。Objective: To identify the major factors influencing the use of EC and to reduce the induced abortion through increasing the use of EC. Methods: A total of 606 women seeking induced abortion in three districts' MCH hospital were interviewed face to face with structured questionnaire. Qualified questionnaires were coded and the data were entered into computer. SAS program was used to analyze the data. Results: Subjects had a high acceptability of EC, and 85.5% said they would use it when needed. The influencing factors of the acceptability included the demographic characteristics of subjects (occupation and yearly income), times of pregnancy, regularly used contraception, health and the knowledge of EC. Among the subjects who were willing to use EC, 82.6% prefered EC pill to others. So 60.1% of the subjects considered drug stores as the ideal place to seek for the service of EC for its convenience. Conclusion: The use of EC can be increased through publicizing the knowledge of EC and improving the quality of the service. The publicity and service consulting should meet the subject's individual demands. Providing safe and high effective EC pills in drug store is the urgent way at present.
