阿的平栓剂非手术女性绝育术有效性安全性回顾评价

摘　　要：目的 :了解应用阿的平非手术女性绝育术的有效性及安全性。方法 :对江苏省及贵州省从 1 993年到 1 997年自愿使用阿的平非手术女性绝育的全部妇女进行有效性及安全性回顾评价 ,共 572例。对照组为同时期同地区选择手术绝育者 588例。结果 :两组对象人口学特征、妇科检查结果和手术时情况均衡可比。多终点递减率生命表法分析表明阿的平组第 1 2个顺序月的粗累积失败率为 3.1 3%。同时发现 572例使用阿的平妇女中有 2例严重不良反应 ,占 0 .35% ,1例为宫外孕 (上药 2 0月时 ) ,1例为过敏反应 (第二次上药后 1 0 min)。两组肝肾功能正常无明显差异。宫颈刮片检查两组均未查见可疑癌细胞或癌细胞。通过对 572例妇女调查 ,99.6 %的妇女愿意采用这种非手术方法绝育。结论 :采用阿的平栓剂行非手术女性绝育的方法可接受性高 ,但有效性低 ,近期安全 ,长期是否安全 。Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of quinacrine sterilization. Methods: This retrospective study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of quinacrine sterilization among 572 cases in Jiangsu and Guizhou Provinces from 1993~1997. A total of 588 cases of surgical sterilization performed at the same time were studied as the control group.Results: Two groups were with identical demographic and gynecological characteristics. The multiple decrement life table analysis showed the 12th gross cumulative failure rates for quinacrine sterilization was 3.13%. Serious side effects occurred in only 2 cases (0.35%). One is ectopic pregnancy (20 months after treatment). One is allergy reaction (10 minutes after the second insertion). No difference of the liver and nephic functions was detected between the two groups. No suspected cancer cells or cancer cells were found. The acceptability rate was 99.6% to the quinacrine sterilization in our study.Conclusions: The results indicated that quinacrine method is with high acceptability and comparatively low effectiveness. It is a safe method of contraception in short tern. The safety of long term needs further study.
