摘　　要：目的　观察小剂量国产辛伐他汀 (simvastatin)的调脂作用。方法　选择原发性高胆固醇血症 76例 ,小剂量 (5mg/d)辛伐他汀治疗 6周 ,测定血脂水平。结果　血清胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白B10 0均有下降 ,治疗前后对比有显著性差异 ;高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白A1升高 ,治疗前后对比亦有显著性差异。结论　小剂量辛伐他汀调脂作用显著 ,副作用小。Objective: To observe the effects of low dose domestic simvastatin on serum lipid metabolism. Methods: 76 patients suffering from primary cholesteremia were selected and treated with low dose (5 mg/d)simvastatin for 6 weeks. Levels of lipid were measured. Results: 6 weeks after using low dose domestic simvastatin, Serum cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and lipoprotein bearer B 100 were decreased and high density lipoprotein cholesterol and lipoprotein bearer A 1 were increased significantly. Conclusion: Low dose domestic simvastatin has apparently lipid regulating effects with few side effects.
