摘　　要：冷战后 ,世界经济区域化、全球化进程加快。面对一体化给欧、亚带来的经济飞速发展 ,美国和拉美国家适时地提出并实施一体化计划。本文首先阐述美洲一体化的历史渊源及发展过程 ,然后具体分析美国和拉美国家各自的动机 ,最后就美洲经济一体化的发展前景提出自己的一些看法。After the Cold War, the regionalization and globalization of world economy has been sped up, and the economic integration has brought rapid economic growth in Europe and Asia. This has prompted the United States and Latin American countries to advance and carry out their integration program. This article begins with an exposition of the historical origins and the evolution of American integration and then analyzes the respective trends of the United States and Latin American countries. Finally, it states the author's views about the prospects of American economic integration.
