摘　　要：随着电生理技术的发展和应用 ,人们对心脏电活动的特性有了较深入的认识 .心脏的电活动是不均一的 ,这种不均一的电生理特性存在于起搏和传导细胞之间 ,心房与心室之间 ,以及心室内膜 ,壁中层 ,外膜细胞之间 .不均一的心脏电活动是基于内在离子通道在各部位的分布和表达的不同 .本文综述了有关心脏不均一电活动特性及其内在生物学基础方面的文献 ,并涉及到有关通道与心脏病理生理学 。It is believed that cardiac electrophysiological properties are not homogeneous, and the heterogeneity exists between pacemaker and conduction cells, atrial and ventricular cells, and among endocardium, midmyocardium, and epicardium of the transmural ventricular wall. The heterogeneous electrophysiology is related to the differential distribution and expression of transmembrane ionic channels. The present review involves literatures regarding the intrinsic biological basis of cardiac heterogeneous electrophysiology.
