摘　　要：目的 :探讨肾病合剂对阿霉素肾病大鼠肝组织白蛋白基因表达的作用。方法 :建立阿霉素肾病大鼠模型 ,采用Northern杂交及Dot blot定量分析 ,观察肝组织白蛋白mRNA的表达水平。结果 :肾病合剂组大鼠肝组织白蛋白mRNA表达均明显高于模型组及正常组 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :肾病合剂可上调阿霉素肾病大鼠肝组织白蛋白mRNA的表达水平 ,促进白蛋白合成。Objective: To explore the effect of Nephropathy mixture on genetic expression of liver albunin in rats with adriamycin induced nephrotic syndrome. Methods: The rat model of adriamycin induced nephrotic syndrome was established and the liver albumin mRNA expression level was observed with Northern hybridization and Dot blot quantitative analysis. Results: The liver albumin mRNA expression level in the Nephropathy Mixture treated group was significantly higher than that in the model group and the normal control group (P<0 05). Conclusion: Nephropathy Mixture could up regulate the liver albumin mRNA expression level and promote the synthesis of albumin in rats with adriamycin induced nephrotic syndrome.
