非平衡法检测血清促红细胞生成素的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨部分血液病患者血液促红细胞生成素（ＥＰＯ）的含量及意义。方法：采用放射免疫试剂盒（非平衡法），同时测定了５０例健康人及４４例不同血液病患者血液ＥＰＯ。结果：１０例慢性肾功能不全（ＣＲＩ）贫血患者血清 ＥＰＯ水平为７．０３± １．５８Ｕ／Ｌ，明显低于正常对照组（ｎ＝ ５０，１３．６９±２．７４Ｕ／Ｌ， ｔ＝７．４， Ｐ＜ ０．００１）。１０例再障（ＡＡ）患者血清ＥＰＯ水平为１２８．８４±８０．４２Ｕ／Ｌ，１０例缺铁性贫血（ＩＤＡ）患者血清ＥＰＯ水平为５３．３３±１０．１６Ｕ／Ｌ，二者明显高于正常对照组，Ｐ＜０．００１。其余血液病贫血（Ｍ２、Ｍ３、Ｍ５、ＡＬＬ、ＣＭＬ、ＩＴＰ）血清ＥＰＯ亦有不同程度的增高。结论：选择一种较好的方法检测血清ＥＰＯ对某些贫血的诊断和治疗有较好的参考意义。Objective To explore and analyse the EPO concentration in anemia patients serum, and provide reliable data for clinical di- agnosis and therapy. Methed Detect the EPO concentration of 50 normal peron and 44 anemia patients by RIA. Results The EPO con- centration of uremia is obviously lower than that of the normal;the EPO concentration of the anemia patient(AA.IDA)is higher than of the normal person and the difference has statistical significance(p<0.01). Conclusion The decetion of EPO concentration has clinical significance for the uremia patientis diagnosis and therapy.
