摘  要:目的 了解煤尘对人血清红细胞谷胱甘肽含量 (GSH)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)及碱性磷酸酶 (AKP)活性及其抗氧化损伤作用的影响。方法 用组织学法对 48名煤工尘肺 (CWP)患者及 40名健康对照者红细胞GSH和LDH、血清AKP进行了测定。结果 CWP患者血清红细胞GSH、LDH、AKP较明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ,且随着CWP病程发展不同 ,上述指标改变程度不同 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 接触煤尘可使红细胞内氧化代谢产物蓄积 ,从而使其功能活跃 。Objective To investigate the effect of coal dust on the content of GSH and activities of LDH, AKP as well as their anti oxidizability in RBC.Methods 48 cases of CWP and 40 healthy controls were selected for detecting the activity of their LDH, AKP and content of GSH in RBC with histological methods.Results GSH content, LDH and AKP activities of RBC in CWP were obviously higher than that of the control( P <0 05 or P <0 01).Those indexes even changed with the progress of CWP( P <0 05).Conclusion Coal dust exposure might result in the accumulation of oxidation products in RBC, enhancing the RBC function to compensate and adapt the oxidative damages in the body induced by coal dust.
