摘　　要：“行为违章 ,撞了白撞”引起广泛关注、争论。文章从理论、立法、社会实践多角度考虑 ,认为“行人违章 ,撞了不能白撞”。There has been great attention to and arguments for 'No responsibility for compensation for traffic accidents for those who have acted against traffic rules.' Considering the theory,legislation and social practice,the writer of the paper thinks that the driver should have a certain responsibility with regard to compensation for traffic accidents even though he or she has no responsibility in the traffic accident.
