摘  要:以I-69杨树〔Populus deltoides Bartr cv.“Lux”(I-69/55)〕为材料,研究了不同施用方法和剂型的三十烷醇(TRIA)对光合作用和生长的生理作用。试验分别用TRIA乳剂和胶体溶液,以不同浓度处理叶片和根系,结果发现TRIA胶体溶液比乳剂生理活性更稳定,低浓度TRIA对光合作用和生长起促进作用,高浓度起抑制作用。其中叶片涂布以3ppm为最适浓度,促进作用最大。根系处理使用浓度较低,范围较宽,一般水培以0.02~0.1ppm为宜;土壤施用可提高到0.2~1.Oppm.TRIA能降低叶片气孔阻力,增强CO_2传导力,提高叶片N,P,K含量和光能转换率。这些可能是净光合速率、生物量提高的主要原因。The experiments were carried out with I -69 poplar (Populus deltoides Bartr.cv. 'lux' ( I -69-55)) to study the effect of the formulation types and application methods of Triacontanol (TRIA) on photosynthesis and growth.The greater and more stable physiological roles were found in colloid solution than in emulsion of TRIA.The TRIA stimulated photosynthesis and growth of poplar in the lower concentrations, but suppressed them in the high concentration.The optimum concentration of TRIA was 3ppm in leaf treatment,and it was lower in root treatment: 0.02-0.1ppm for hydroponic culture, 0.2-1.0ppm for sand culture.The greater NPR and biomass of poplar treated with TRIA may account for lower stomata resistance and higher light energy transformation ratio.
