摘　　要：针对我国中西部地区制丝厂将立缫机更新为自动缫丝机后 ,普遍存在着生丝纤度均方差大、纤度最大偏差大和缫折大等“三大”问题 ,分析了造成这些问题的主要原因 ,介绍了自动缫缫丝的特点和为了根治“三大”问题必须强化的工艺管理。It is analyzed the main causes resulted in the three major problems, namely: large mean square deviation of raw silk size, large maximum deviation and large reeling discount, which exist commonly in the reeling mills after multi end reeling machines are replaced with auto reeling machines in the Midwest of our country. The features about auto reeling machines are introduced. In order to bring the three major problems under permanent control, it is necessary to strengthen the management of process, operation and equipment.
