摘　　要：简要介绍荆门石化液相脱氮—白土补充精制生产润滑油基础油的工艺条件 ,针对重质油生产困难情况 ,进行了重质油液相脱氮—白土补充精制试验 ,试验结果达到了MVI基础油标准 ;中型试验精制结果与小试相同 ,中型精制油完成了GL 5、蜗轮蜗杆油配方研制 ,提出了工业试生产方案。The technique conditions of manufacturing lube base oil with liquid phase denitrification—clay finishing were described briefly in Jingmen Petrochemical Complex.According to the problems in procsessing heavy oil,the test of liquid phase denitrification—clay finishing for heavy oil was carried out.The test result showed that the standard of MVI base oil has been reached.And the result of middle scale test is the same as the small's.The formulations of GL-5 and worm & worm gear oil have been developed through the middle scale test.The suggestion on industrial trial production was given also.
