摘 要:本文通过经典极谱法对分散染料的还原难易、快慢进行了探讨。测定了分散染料半波电位(E1/2)及表观半还原时间(t1/2),分析了分散染料半波电位与拨染性之间的关系,研究了分散染料结构类型、取代基团、工艺参数对半波电位和拨染性的影响。提出表观半还原时间与拔染速率之间存在的对应关系。The reductivity behavior of disperse dyes have been studied by polarography from the view of thermodynamics and dynamics. The polarographic half- wave potentials of disperse dyes of different structures were measured. The relationships of polarographic half - wave potentials with respect to their discharge properties discussed; their effecting factors, such as the structures of disperse dyes, the presence of functional groups as well as the technological parameters were also studied. A discussion on the relationship of apparent half - reduced time with discharge speed of disperse dyes is presented. Both the half - wave potentials and apparent half - reduced time of disperse dyes would indicate the reductivity, dischargeability and discharge speed of disperse dyes if selected for discharge printing on polyester fabrics.
