摘　　要：报道了新的医药中间体 2 氯 4 ,5 二氟苯乙酮小试和中试合成研究结果。采用邻二氟苯氯化、酰化合成工艺 ,中试放大试验氯化收率 83% ,酰化收率 86% ,精馏收率 75% ,总收率 53 5% ,产品纯度The synthesis of 2 chloro 4,5 difluoroacetophenone is reported. The technology of chloridization and acylation of ortho difluorobenzene is used. The chloridization yield and acylation yield is 83% and 86% respectively. The fine distillation yield is 75%, and the overall yield is 53.5%. The purity of product is over 98%.
