摘　　要：从电力通信网的一般形式出发，对“地区”电力通信网的实际结构进行分析，提出一种电力通信网 层次管理的方法，并据此方法设计了便于实际生产管理的基于ＶＥＢ技术的通信网管理信息系统。根据电 力系统内部局域网的特点，设计了通信网运行信息网页。The practical structure of the communication network in district electric power system is analyzed. An approach based on the layer management to electric communication network is proposed and the management information system of the communication net is designed. The net-page of communication information has been built on the base of the feature of LAN in electric power system.
