摘 要:通过 DSC、SEM、Molau试验和力学性能测试 ,研究了 PA6/ UHMWPE共混过程中 HDPE- g- MAH对体系的增容作用、力学性能及结晶行为的影响。结果表明 ,共混体系为热力学不相容体系 ;在熔融共混过程中 ,PA6和 HDPE- g- MAH发生化学反应 ,生成的接枝共聚物对 PA6/ UHMWPE体系有增容作用 ,分散性和界面形态以及力学性能明显改善 ;共混体系中两相的结晶行为亦发生变化 。The reactive compatibilization of PA6/UHMWPE/HDPE g MAH copolymer as well as effects of HDPE g MAH on mechanic properties and crystallizing behavior of PA6/UHMWPE blend were studied through DSC, SEM, Molau and mechanical property test. The experimental results show that the two components in blends were in compatible thermodynamically. The grafted copolymer resulted from the reaction between PA6 and HDPE g MAH during melt blending act as compatibilizer, improving dispersion, interfacial morphology and mechanical property of blends obviously. The crystallization behavior of two components in PA6/UHMWPE blending system is also affected by the interactions between two phases. Compared with pure PA6, the Δ H f of PA6 components in PA6/UHMWPE blending system decreases obviously, while its T c increases.
