摘 要:采用荧光染料 Oxazine- 72 0作掺杂剂 ,对聚乙烯基咔唑 ( PVCz)进行掺杂 ,研究了掺杂溶液浓度、掺杂温度和掺杂时间对掺杂 PVCz膜发光性能的影响 ,旨在制备高发光效率和发光强度的Poly(9 vinylcarbazole) films were doped by Oxazine 720. Effects of the doping parameters such as time, temperature and concentration of solution for doping on luminescence properties of PVCz films were researched. It is found that the emission spectra of PVCz films moves to long wave and the intensities enhance with dopant Oxazine 720 concentration increased, the effect of temperature on emission intensities of PVCz films for doping depends on the two reverse processes, and the emission spectra of PVCz films for doping turns on narrowing phenomena by prolonging time. By means of investigation on effects of the doping parameters on luminescence properties of PVCz films, we can prepare the PVCz films of luminescence properties of higher luminous efficiency and intensity.
