摘  要:开发设计了一种适用于大型薄膜蒸发器的新型挠性转子。由于采用了挠性转子,蒸发器筒体内表面不需加工,这为采用复合钢板制造筒体提供了可能性,从而提高了薄膜蒸发器的传热效率,降低了制造成本。通过长期生产实践表明:转子结构设计合理,能够满足生产要求。One kind of new flexible rotor used in large film evaporators was exploited and designed. The internal surface of the cylinder of the evaporators has not needed to be processed when this flexible rotor is used. In this way, it is possible to use composite steel plate to make the cylinder. Then, the heat transfer efficiency of the evaporators can be raised and the cost of the fabrication can be lowed. Through the practice in long term, it is proved that the structure design of the rotor is rational and this kind of the rotor can meet the requirements in production.
