摘　　要：详细介绍了刮膜薄膜蒸发器的结构、操作原理、型式和分类、特点、操作参数以及刮膜薄膜蒸发器的应用。因刮板对液膜的刮擦作用使液膜呈不断搅动状态 ,刮膜薄膜蒸发器有停留时间短、消除结焦结垢及处理粘度大等特点 ,认为其是处理热敏性和高粘性物质蒸发浓缩的理想设备。Wiped thin-film evaporators are considerably described on the structure, basic functions, classification, advantages, process variables and high-viscous operation. Because of liquid film's turbulence due to blade's wiping action, and considered to be the ideal equipment, featuring short detained time, scale eliminating and high viscosity handling, for specialized evaporation and concentration applications for heat sensitive and viscous products.
