摘　　要：文章探讨了用工业氯化钙和纯碱制备球状碳酸钙的适宜工艺 ,通过正交实验 ,研究了反应温度、溶液浓度等因素对产品的影响 ,并得到了实验条件的最优组合 ,得到了球状碳酸钙。研究结果表明The technology of preparation of spherical calcium calrbonate by the reaction of calcium chloride and sodium carbonate is described in this paper.The effect of reaction temperature,solution comcentration and so forth on spherical calcium carbonate is studied by using orthogonal experiment. The best arrangement of the experimental conditions is obtained.The experiment results show that using the reacion buffer and stop reagent is the kedy of the synthesis of spherical calcium carbonate.
