摘　　要：介绍了一种以钼酸盐为促进剂的常温锌 -铁系彩色磷化工艺的配方和成膜机理 ,讨论了磷化液中各组分的作用和工艺参数对磷化膜层的影响 ,并对其应用情况和特点进行了说明。The formulation and mechanism of film-forming in colorific ambient temperature Zn-Fe system phosphating technology by adding molybdate promoter was introduced.Effects of the components of phosphating soln.and influence of technological parameter on the phosphating coating were discussed.The features of phosphating coating were discussed.The features of phosphating technology and its application were also described.
