摘　　要：本文以RX—PL2型提花毛圈机为例,针对提花毛圈大圆机沉降片运动曲线的特性,分析了水平提花轮与沉降片的啮合关系,探讨了提花轮齿及其钢米控制沉降片的运动状态,研究了由沉降片三角和由提花轮控制沉降片的运动曲线与织针运动曲线的对位关系,并分析了毛圈纱垫纱位置与弯纱成圈的各种状态间的关系.In accordance with the features of sinker's path on jacquard terry knitting machine RX-PL2, the meshing engagment of horizontal pattern wheel and sinkers is studied. Sinkers' moving condition*controlled by the pattern wheel teeth as well as the pattern jacks inserted is described. The corresponding relation between the moving curve of needles and that of sinkers which are controlled by sinker cams or pattern wheel is inquired The relationship between the wadding position of terry yarn and various conditions including kinking and stitching is analysed as well.
