摘　　要：论述了在原有能量管理系统（ＥＭＳ）中开发电度量采集处理子系统。介绍该系统的总体结构、硬软件功能实现，并对其存在的一些问题进行了分析和阐述。This paper deals with the development of the energy metering data acquisition and processing subsystem in existing Energy Management System(EMS),and introduces the overall structure and the features of hard and sortware.Some problems involved in the system are also addressed.
