摘　　要：简述我国数字化图书馆建设的环境和基础,着重归纳图书馆在中文数字信息资源建设中的作用,认为“馆藏资源数字化”和“社会资源馆藏化”这两种数字化图书馆建设模式同样重要。最后对我国数字化图书馆建设的规划与管理提出了建议。Discusses the environment and base of the development of digital libraries in China, emphasizes the role of libraries in the development of Chinese digital information resources, and points out that 'the digitalization of library collection' is as important as 'the library collection of social resources', meanwhile, provides some suggestions to the design and management of digital libraries.
