摘　　要：在对国内外因特网科技信息资源广泛调查的基础上,提出计算机自动建库和人工干预相结合的科技信息资源开发利用策略,供讨论。Based on a vast investigation of sci-tech information resources on Internet at home and abroad, advances a strategy of development and utilization of information resources by combining automatic computer construction databases with man -made assistant.
