摘　　要：本文论述了新的信息环境对图书馆文献资源建设产生的一系列影响 ,以及图书馆为了适应新的信息环境在文献资源建设中应采取的对策。The article discusses a series of impact which new information environment would bring to the development of document resources;and the measures which libraries should take in order to suit the new information evironment.
