利用外资发展西部经济的几点思考

摘　　要：利用外资对西部持续、快速、健康发展十分重要。面对西部开发的巨额资金需求 ,应积极利用外资获得资金来源。而目前西部利用外资的现状不佳 ,利用外资项目和实际利用外资金额都很少。这更加需要我们去探寻利用外资的渠道 ,分析不同的利用外资方式所具有的特征 。Using foreign funds is very important for the sustainable,rapid,and health development of West China ,but there is a huge gap between demand and supply of funds.Facing this problem,we should utilize foreign funds actively.This paper reviews the present situation of utilizing foreign capital in West China ,tries to looking for new way of using foreign funds ,analyses their characteristics according to different methods .The purpose is to encourage the development of West China.
