对西双版纳傣族自治州实施天然林资源保护工程的几点认识

摘　　要：位于澜沧江流域的西双版纳傣族自治州与云南省金沙江流域和１７个国有重点森工企业局同时纳入国家天然林资源保护工程,全面停止天然林资源的商业性采伐,与此同时,享有天然林保护工程的各项政策和相应资金、任务,承担公益林建设和退耕还林工作。由于西双版纳州的自然地理环境条件和州情、林情在实施天然林保护过程中具有一定的特殊性,通过对西双版纳州实施天然林资源保护工程近两年来取得的主要成绩和经验进行分析、探索,提出相应对策和建议。Xishuangbanna prefecture located in Lancang river was brought into natural forest protecting engineering together with Jinsha river and 17 national important forest enterprises, and their forest was stopped cutting. In those regions policy and funds were enjoyed, public welfare forest were planted and stopping farming land reforestation were carried out . In practice, particular natural geography environment and real conditions must be taken into account. According to main results and experience of Xishuangbanna last two years, this paper put forward countermeasures
