摘  要:用随机扩增多态DNA(RAPD)分子标记方法对白桦13个种源115个个体进行了遗传变异的比较分 析.通过14个随机引物扩增共检测到233个位点、各种源多态位点百分率差异明显.在20.17%~32.19%之 间.多态位点百分率最高的是帽儿山种源和清源种源。最低的是绰尔种源。遗传变异在大兴安岭、小兴安岭和长 白山3个区域间占23.88%,种源间遗传变异占27.99%,种源内个体问遗传变异占48.13%。根据种源间的遗传距 离。构建了白桦13个种源的遗传关系聚类图.结果大兴安岭地区的白桦种源聚为一类.小兴安岭、张广才岭、完 达山和长白山分布区的白桦种源聚为另一类。同时.根据地理气候因子和遗传距离对白桦13个种源进行了种源区 的划分.为种子调拨提供了依据。Genetic variation among 13 provenances. including MS individuals. was detected using RAPD markers. 14 arbitrary primers were able to generate 233 loci in total. The differentiation of the percentage of polymorphic loci (PPL) among different provenances was evident. ranging from 20. 17% to 32. 19%, among which there were Maoershan provenance and Qingyuan provenance with the highest PPL and chuoer provenance with the lowest PPL. Most of the variation (48. 13%) occurred among the individuals within provenances. Of the remaining variance. 27. 99% was attributed to differences among provenances. and 23. 88% for differences among regions. that is. Daxing'anling. Xiaoxing'anling. Changbai Mountains. The dendrogram of genetic relation was constructed on the basis of the genetic distances among 13 provenances. The result demonstrated that the provenances from Daxing'anling were clustered into one group. and others from Xiaoxing'anling. Zhangguangcailing. Changbai Mountains and Wanda Mountains were grouped together. At the same time. the provenance division was completed according to geographic climatic factors and genetic distances.
