胎儿皮行阴道成型术后上皮转变过程的研究

摘　　要：对先天性无阴道患者11例,用胎儿皮植入人工阴道腔穴,取成活后的人工阴道粘膜以透射电镜观察胎儿皮转化为阴道粘膜之过程,发现植入之胎儿皮可继续分化与增生,近似阴道粘膜的形态与厚度,细胞器由分化幼稚到成熟、糖原颗粒增多,张力细丝排列成束状,上皮颗粒层及皮肤附属器逐渐消失。因此,利用胎儿皮进行阴道成型术之方法较为理想。Eleven cases of congenital absence of vagina undergoing vaginoplasty were reported.The way that fetal skin implant in artificial viginal cavity was used.The course of fetal skin transformed to the vaginal mucosa was observed by transmisssion electron microscopy.We found that fetal skin continues to differentiate and proliferate.It is similar to the shape and thickness of vaginal mucosa.The cell organellae differentiate from immature to mature.The glycogen increases. The tonofilament arranges in bundle.The granular layer and epidermal appendages of the epidermis gradually disappear.Therefore,this way is satisfied that fetal skin can be used in vaginoplasty.
