原发性肾病综合征的新疗法—炔睾醇疗法

摘　　要：用免疫调节剂炔睾醇治疗Ⅱ型肾病综合征(INS)患者15例,从用药至尿蛋白明显减少的时间为15～80天(平均38天),有效率93.3％。每日用药0.6g,尿蛋白降至0.5g/d以下时减量为0.4g/d维持。随访2～5个月无复发。并讨论了该药治疗INS的适应征。Fifteen patients with idiopathic nephrotic syndrome(INS)typeⅡ were treated with immunomodulator danazol. The interval between the initiation of danazol and marked reduction of proteinuria averaged 38 days (15～80 days). The effective rate was 93.3% (14/15cases). When proteinuria decreased to 0.5g or less per day, the danazol dosage was reduced to 0.4g per day for maintenance. No relapse was found during a follow-up period (2～5months). The indication for danazol therapy in INS was also reviewed.
