血浆脂蛋白在胆囊胆固醇结石形成中的作用研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨血浆脂蛋白在胆囊胆固醇结石形成中的作用。方法 :用常规生化方法分别测定了 5 6例胆囊胆固醇结石及 2 4例非胆石对照患者血清总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL )、低密度脂蛋白 (L DL )的含量。结果 :胆石组血清 TC、TG、HDL、L DL以及 TG/TC比值均与对照组有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 ) ,并且胆囊胆固醇结石组血清 TG与 TG/TC比值呈显著正相关关系。结论 :本实验结果提示 :血浆脂蛋白的变化 ,可能因影响体内的胆固醇及胆汁酸等代谢而与胆囊胆固醇结石的形成密切相关 ,TC、TG的测定及Purpose: To investigate the role of serum lipid during cholesterol gallstone formation. Methods: Patients were divided into two groups: Cholesterol gallstone patients group(56 randomly selected patients) and control group (24 randomly selected no cholelithiasis patients). Total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL) in serum were measured with routine biochemistry method. Results: In the cholesterol gallstone group, plasma TC, TG and TC/TG ratio were increased markedly respectively, compared with control group (P<0.01). Plasma HDL was significantly increased in cholesterol gallstone group than in control group (P<0.05). Plasma LDL was decreased markedly in cholesterol gallstone than in control group (p<0.05). In cholesterol gallstone group, plasma TG and TG/TC ratio were significantly positive correlativity. Conclusions: These results indicate that the changes of plasma lipids may affect the metabolism of cholesterol and bile acids and it may tade an important role in the formation of cholesterol gallstone. TG/TC ratio may act as an indirect reflect of reference index.
