摘　　要：目的　探讨与 2型糖尿病患者认知功能有关的因素。方法　用中国临床记忆量表、中国智力量表以及连线测验A对 81例 2型糖尿病患者的认知功能进行评定。用相关分析及逐步回归分析的方法探讨与 2型糖尿病患者认知功能有关的因素。结果　使用胰岛素、伴有糖尿病性微血管并发症以及伴有抑郁与 2型糖尿病患者的认知关系显著负相关。使用胰岛素与病程、血糖水平显著正相关。结论　是否使用胰岛素、是否伴有抑郁以及糖尿病性微血管并发症是 2型糖尿病患者认知功能的相关因素。Objective To investigate the cognitive function and related factors among type 2 diabetes. Method 81 Type 2 diabetic cases who met the diagnostic criteria of American Diabetes Association were assessed with Chinese Clinical Memory Scales, Chinese Intelligent Scales and Trail Making A .Correlation Analysis and Stepwise Regression Analysis were used to explore the factors that relate to the cognitive function of patients with Type 2 diabetes.Results The results show that the cognitive functions of type 2 diabetes are negatively associated with insulin injection, combined depression and diabetic micro angiopathy significantly. Insulin injection used by patients is positively associated with their illness courses and glycemia levels significantly. Conclusions The authors suggest that the cognitive functions of diabetic patients are affected by insulin injection and complications, such as combined depression and diabetic micro angiopathy.
