摘　　要：目的 :优选石菖蒲挥发油的提取工艺。方法 :以水蒸气蒸馏法提取石菖蒲挥发油 ,应用 L9(34)正交试验设计选取最佳提取工艺条件。结果 :最佳提取条件为加 8倍量的水 ,浸泡 1h,提取 6 h。结论Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Acorus tatarinowii Schott naphtha. Methods: To obtain the Acorus tatarinowii Schott naphtha by the method of steam distill. The optimum extraction condition was investigated by the orthogonal design. Results: The optimum extracting condition obtained: adding 8 folds of water, extracting for 6 h after 1 h of dipping. Conclusion: The optimized process is stable and highly efficient.
